What are you truly better at than 95% of the other players out there who you compete with?  


That is the single most important question you can ask yourself, align your team around and then focus every day on getting better.  This applies to companies, teams and individuals. The second most important question you have to ask is:  

What can I do today to make myself and my team even better?
